Dr. Wong is a board-certified specialist in Oral Medicine. Though she was born in America’s heartland: Lincoln, Nebraska, Dr. Wong’s formative years were spent absorbing the vibrant culture of Honolulu, Hawaii. Her academic pursuits led her to Washington, where she attended the University of Washington for her undergraduate, DDS, and MSD programs, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2015 and her Masters of Science in Dentistry in the Oral Medicine Specialty in 2019.

Driven by a passion for broadening access to quality dental care, Dr. Wong further honed her skills by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency through the NYU Langone program in Tacoma, WA the following year. Before embarking on her Oral Medicine Specialty training, she gathered rich experiences in general and geriatric dentistry as well as provided care at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, now called the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.

Teaching is another of Dr. Wong’s passions, as she strives to provide students enriching and relatable experiences to develop their skills in becoming competent dentists, with the confidence in providing care to patients who have complex aspects to consider, in providing high-quality dental services accessible to all.

As an Oral Medicine specialist, Dr. Wong’s clinical interests include diagnosing and managing patients with complex orofacial pain and mucosal conditions including Temporomandibular Disease and Burning Mouth Disorder, Salivary and Taste disorders, as well as treating those suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
